For photocopier repairs we would recommend a service agreement for the following reasons:-

Trading Standards have audited our service agreement terms & conditions and deemed it to be fair.

•  If you purchase a copier you should expect it to last five years.
• The copier will require more and more attention as it ages.
• If you take out a service agreement you fix your servicing costs for the duration of the agreement.
• You get parts at trade cost.
• You can budget for annual increases.
• Our service agreements have a standard duration of 60 months but this can be shortened on request. It is assumed that after this initial period it will continue on an annual rolling basis, unless terminated by either party with written notice.
